When Jason Ferando joined ServiceMaster By Mason in October 2019, his many years of construction and renovation experience with Ferando Renovations, and eagerness to assist customers, made him a valued team member. As a Technician, Jason thrived in finding solutions to customer’s restoration and specialty cleaning issues, and achieved his IICRC WRT Certification. So when Ryan Mason & Phil Mason promoted Jason to Program Manager in July, they knew he would excel in this new role. Jason now oversees all aspects of a customer’s emergency water, fire, biohazard or mold restoration service, as
referred from ServiceMaster’s insurance carrier partnerships, like Allstate, State Farm and The Hartford. He enjoys the challenges that each day brings, while coordinating efforts and information needed by insurance companies, and working hard to ensure our customer’s satisfaction and peace of mind. “When the customer is happy, I’ve achieved my goal.” Jason finds many synergies between his previous and current role, but with an increased focus on project management of 24/7 emergency situations. When not assisting customers with their restoration needs, Jason enjoys spending quality time with his wife of 21 years and 2 teenage children, travelling for their sports and school activities. An avid baseball fan, he also enjoys visiting Minor League ballparks throughout the U.S., fishing, participating in his fantasy football league, and has volunteered in Haiti with his Church organization.
